Have you ever thought, "I think I need help, but …" when the pressure in your life seemed overwhelming and you wondered how much longer you could cope with a situation. Everyone has difficult periods in their life, but, if you find that you spend a considerable amount of time feeling upset, worried, anxious or uncertain, then, you might want to consult with a psychologist who can help you explore your thoughts and reactions further to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your situation.
Dr. David Lingley has been a Registered Psychologist #942 with the College of Psychologists in British Columbia since 1988.
